In 1999, the Association of Security Agencies RD-Kontakt was established on the basis of two private security enterprises Atlant 3000 and Trust-Tverd.
The main objectives of the Association were:
- promotion of security activities;
- assistance to members of the Association in establishing relations with relevant state bodies and interested organizations;
- promotion of business relations and information links establishment, strengthening of cooperation between the Association members and
- with foreign partners as well;
- providing information, guidance and advisory assistance to the Association members;
- assistance to the Association members and partners in entering the international market in the field of security, legal, information and consulting services.
