LLC Security Group Sfera-Kontakt was established in 2004 to provide the following types of security services in the territory of the Russian Federation:
- protection of life and health of citizens;
- protection of facilities and/or property that are owned, used, managed, operated or in trust, except for facilities subject to state protection;
- advising and preparing recommendations to customers on legal protection against security incidents;
- keeping order at the venues of mass events;
- ensuring intra-facility and entry access control at protected facilities.
The security enterprise has qualified staff able to solve tasks of fulfilling contractual obligations, including the protection of:
- banks and financial institutions;
- offices and business centers;
- industrial and transport enterprises;
- residential sector and townhouse villages;
- construction facilities;
- cultural and entertainment institutions.
In cooperation with the Customer, specialists of LLC Private Security Company Security Group Sfera-Kontakt jointly analyze conditions in the territory of the facility and develop the most effective protection system using security and physical protection systems.
The security enterprise uses a system of 24-hour monitoring of employees at protected facilities, which ensures a consistently high quality of services.
The priority areas of activity of the enterprise are as follows:
- close interaction with the Customer on improving the effectiveness of physical and economic security of the protected facility;
- introduction and use of advanced technologies and effective technical means of protection;
- confidentiality of information on personnel, contractors, financial and economic activities at the protected facility;
- continuous improvement of the quality of security services;
- individual approach to each customer, including when determining the contract price.
