Security units of the Association RD-Kontakt solve a wide range of tasks in the territory of the Russian Federation and neighboring countries:
- physical and technical protection of facilities, citizens and their property;
- escort of goods and material assets;
- advising and preparing recommendations to customers on the effective arrangement of security at the facility;
- keeping order at the venues of mass events;
- development and installation of fire and security alarm systems;
- installation and operation of video surveillance systems.
Security units carry out their activities at the facilities of different forms of ownership.
Our activities are aimed at a thorough study of the needs of potential customers and their solution in the process of joint work, which allows to perform tasks in the field of security in a qualitative manner.
The HR policy of the managers of the association is an important factor ensuring a high level of services. In this regard, the emphasis is primarily placed on the selection of competent, skilled professionals and their training. All employees of security enterprises receive a decent salary, which ensures the stability of the team and prevents staff turnover.
The security units of the Association are technically well equipped. The enterprises are equipped with service weapons and special means (rubber truncheons, handcuffs, etc.). With the permission of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Radio Frequency Center of the Central Federal District, a local radio communication network has been established. There is a highly qualified technical unit capable of performing any type of work on installation, repair and maintenance of security and fire alarm and video surveillance systems (License No. 2/06343 of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense and Emergencies dated February 24, 2004, valid until February 24, 2009).
