For more than 20 years, the Regional Certification Center for the City of Moscow and the Moscow Region at the IASE RD-KONTAKT has been engaged in providing professional services in the field of protection of state secrets in the following areas:
1. Provision of services for preparation of enterprises for obtaining license for the right to perform works related to the use of information constituting a state secret:
- we determine the categories of information constituting a state secret;
- we develop draft organizational and administrative documents taking into account the operational profile of the enterprise;
- we take measures in order to ensure that employees of the enterprise have access to state secrets in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents;
- we arrange classified document management;
- we arrange the storage of secret documents and their protection.
2. Conducting special examinations on behalf of the Federal Security Service Directorate of Russia for the City of Moscow and the Moscow Region.
In the course of the work we verify the fulfillment of the following conditions:
- compliance with the requirements of legislative and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation for the protection of information constituting a state secret during the performance of work related to the use of the such information,
- the availability of a division on protection of state secrets within the enterprise and the necessary number of staff duly trained to work in the field of information protection and whose level of expertise is sufficient to ensure the
protection of state secrets;
- the availability of information protection means at the enterprise with a certificate of their compliance with the requirements for the protection of information of the relevant degree of secrecy.
3. Provision of special services to enterprises that do not have an information security unit:
- establishment of information security procedures
- arrangement of and taking access measures;
- arrangement and maintenance of classified document management
- handling mobilization documents
- access of users to information resources of the computer system, etc.
4. Monitoring and support of the activities of enterprises in the field of protection of state secrets:
- at the request of the customer, we carry out semi-annual and annual monitoring of the current state of the company's system of measures for the protection of state secrets and implement a set of organizational and technical measures aimed at
ensuring the information security of the system. Based on the results of the analysis, we issue recommendations on elimination of the revealed violations of the requirements of legislative and regulatory and guidance documents in the field of protection of state secrets.
5. Development of guidance on the protection of state secrets, holding workshops and consultations.
Taking into account the operational profile of the enterprise, we draw up the following documents and submit them to the customer:
- draft orders regulating the protection of state secrets;
- Regulation on the information security unit;
- Regulation on the permit system;
- Recommendations for the HR unit on the issuance of permits;
- Guidance on the rescue of media holding information constituting a state secret in case of fire and other natural disasters, etc.
We provide individual counseling and training to employees of third-party organizations on the protection of state secrets.
For the provision of these services, Regional Certification Center for the City of Moscow and the Moscow Region at the IASE RD-KONTAKT has licenses issued by the Federal Security Service of Russia for the City of Moscow and the Moscow region:
- for the performance of work related to the use of information constituting a state secret;
- for the performance of activities and/or provision of services for protection of state secrets.
